[UPDATED] The Last of Us: Remastered Coming July 29

UPDATE: Sony confirmed the release date for The Last of Us: Remastered last night during their conference at E3. The correct date is July 29, as we reported yesterday.

It appears a listing on Target for The Last of Us: Remastered has let slip the game’s release date, which if this image is to be believed will be July 29.

Naughty Dog has previously confirmed they have a release date set in stone for the game, but has yet to disclose what it is to the public. It’s possible that Target was told the date and published it early by mistake, or it’s also entirely possible the date is just a placeholder. Regardless, it won’t be long until we know for sure as you can bet Sony will make an official announcement during their E3 press conference later today.
