Dead Rising 3 Not Being Released In Germany

Unfortunately for German fans of the Dead Rising series, Dead Rising 3 will not be released in their country. According to German gaming news site Gameswelt, the game was not well received by the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons and therefore was not granted the right to be sold. It is currently unknown why they denied the game’s release but one can assume that they may have found the game too gruesome for younger audiences. Microsoft had nothing to say regarding the issue.

For everyone else, the game is still set to release alongside the Xbox One on November 22.
