Eidos Montreal Teases Deus Ex: The Fall

Eidos Montreal has begun to tease Deus Ex: The Fall. Trademark filings were noticed for this title earlier in the year, yet nothing was officially released. Today, Eidos Montreal Tweeted “Are YOU ready for The Fall?” suggesting that Deus Ex: The Fall may be arriving soon.

However, we’re still unsure whether The Fall will be some late coming DLC for Deus Ex: Human Revolution or a new game entirely. It could also refer to the Deus Ex movie, which was recently announced.

With E3 closing, it’s highly unlikely Edios Montreal would begin to build hype around some DLC for a game which is already two years old. This leaves us with one option:  A new Deus Ex game. We’re anticipating this to be officially announced next week at E3, although we’d be lucky to see any gameplay.

Also trademarked back in February was Deus Ex: Human Defiance, and with the incredible success of the last game in the franchise (being Deus Ex: Human Revolution), this title may play a part in whatever The Fall is.
