Is a ‘The Last of Us’ Sequel on the Way?

In a recent interview with Eurogamer, Neil Druckmann, writer and creative director for Naughty Dog revealed that his studio is currently considering a follow-up to the smash hit and PS3 exclusive The Last of Us as well as a completely new franchise.

Currently, the studio is only in the brainstorming parts of both the sequel and the unannounced new IP according to Druckmann.



Naughty Dog recently finished up the development of ‘Left Behind’, the latest and final DLC pack for The Last of Us, which will release on February 14. They are also working on a new title in the Uncharted franchise, which is being directed by Justin Richmond who also manned the helm of Uncharted 3.
