Minecraft Worlds a ‘lot bigger’ on Xbox One and PS4, but Not Infinite
According to developer 4J Studios, Minecraft worlds will not be infinite on PS4 and Xbox One, but it will definitely be a lot bigger. A 4J spokesperson stated that the new worlds will be bigger on next-gen consoles, but there will be limitations.

The company announced other developments for the game, confirming that PS4 users can use the touchpad to navigate the menu screens. Minecraft is expected to make its debut in the summer for PS4 and the Vita. A PS3 version will launch on May 14. The Xbox One Minecraft launch date has not been released.
The Xbox One and PS4 versions will feature cross-platform saves with Xbox 360 and PS3.
