Rumor: New Xbox One Releasing Without Kinect, With A Game, $400 Price Tag
There’s a rumor circulating that, by the summer, we could see a new Xbox One console option that comes without the Kinect, with a game, priced at $400. The current $500 price tag of the Xbox One has been met with varied reception. Some people were willing to pay that much for the console while others are holding out for the inevitable lower priced iteration of the console – and we may be seeing it sooner rather than later.
CBOAT says that there is a high possibility that it might be coming by the summer but we would first have to see where the numbers stand in May. If this $400 iteration does actually come to fruition, chances of the console gaining some more momentum is highly likely. The console has been selling well thus far but, as any other product on the market, it could still use a smaller push. Let’s all hope this $400 Xbox One releases – I know I’d get one to enjoy a few bouts in Killer Instinct. Is this enough to make you want to run out and buy an Xbox One if you don’t currently own one?
