Sega Trademarks Shenmue 3
It’s finally happening, or at the very least, a certain company (SEGA!) has trademarked “Shenmue 3”, just in case. The news was broken on Segabits.com first, and then expounded on neogaf .
Shenmue, and its sequel, Shenmue 2, have become cult role-playing/adventure hits ever since the series debuted on the Dreamcast (and the sequel on the Dreamcast and original Xbox).
Fans have been fervently hunting for any information about a third game in the series, and as of now, it looks like Sega might actually bring us the long awaited sequel we’ve all been waiting for.
